These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LitSystem Google Workspace Add-on for Google Docs (“Add-on”). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Add-on integrates with Google Docs to help users manage references and bibliographies by fetching article data from the LitSystem API (https://api.litsystem.ru) and inserting it into the current document.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may use the Add-on only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not misuse the Add-on, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

3. Data & Privacy

Use of the Add-on is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Add-on, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LitSystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Add-on.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
